Johnson Greene Law Group has more than 35 years of litigation experience in federal, state and administrative courts. While our approach is first to identify solutions for solving legal needs without resorting to formal proceedings, our team has the experience to represent our clients at all stages of the court process, including mediation and arbitration to avoid unnecessary incurring legal costs for our clients.

Johnson Greene first established its landlord-tenant practice in Washington, D.C., but soon became recognized as one of the premier landlord and tenant practice groups in the Washington metropolitan area.

Johnson Greene attorneys handle a wide variety of legal issues typically encountered by property owners, including lease drafting and negotiations, purchase and sale agreements and closings, complex breach of lease actions, title disputes, holdover suits, zoning issues, easements and boundary disputes, housing code violation complaints, nuisance properties, tenant bankruptcy filings, as well as discrimination complaints before federal, state and local housing and human rights commissions and agencies.

Government Contracting
Johnson Greene Law Group has over 25 years of experience in government contracting, having engaged with numerous federal, local and international agencies and international bodies over that time, including USAID, DOD, State, the World Bank, DCPS, MCPS, PGCPS and others.
The firm works with contractors on SBA registrations, federal and local regulatory interpretation, compliance and enforcement, teaming agreements, prime grants and contracts, FOIA requests, debarment issues and bid protests.
Johnson Greene Law Group represents firms and NGOs that receive government grants and contracts.
